The Juki machine is commercial quality and better than any other long arm machine available. Juki is the largest manufacturer of commercial sewing machines in the world. It is manufactured in Japan in the same factory as their commercial machines.
Made in Japan
Quilters around the world have been waiting for a specialized machine like the TL-2200QVP. Discover the impressive 18 inches of horizontal throat space between the arm of the machine and the needle.
Even more impressive is the 10 inch height, unlike most long arm quilting machines which only provide an 8 inch height or less. All this amazing capability is mounted on a deluxe 10ft Quilting Frame.
By hand or software driven the Juki TL-2200QVP is a pleasure to drive for it’s smooth and solid stitching over layered fabric and paddings.
The Juki TL-2200QVP easily converts from a sitdown to a 5ft, 7ft, 10ft, and 12ft frame.
The quality of the TL-2200QVP machine is amazing. Internally it uses gears, there are no belts, unlike most other long arms which use belts that stretch and require service. The TL-2200QVP doesn’t require internal lubrication service, due to it’s lubrication less technology which came from Juki’s commercial sewing machines that have used this technology for more than a decade. The only lubrication required is a drop of oil to the hook by the owner, before quilting, once a day. Other long arms manufactured require lubrication to more that a dozen points internally by an authorized dealer.
Features and Specs:
This is the Grace frame designed specifically for the Juki TL-2200. We include the leaders for the 10′ frame standard. If you opt for the 2′ extension then we include the 12′ leaders instead.
Frame is assembled, it is 36 inches wide.
Ten foot frame, but can be set up with half the frame for 5 foot. You can add a two foot extension to the 10 foot frame to make it a 12 foot. There are casters that can be added to the frame to make it easier to move around. The frame itself is just over 3 feet wide. The carriage the head is on can move back past that another foot or so. So you would need to have room for that as well.
King size, you would need to add a 2 foot extension, so you have a 12 foot frame.
Is this machine computerized as far as having the robotics to move on its own?
Answer: Having the machine move on it’s own is an option that can be added. Right now the machine doesn’t come with that option, but we can create a package for you. The add on is called the quilt motion and it comes with software that can be added to a table mounted right on the machine or from a computer near the machine. The software allows you to create your own patterns or use the thousands that come pre-loaded in it. We can make a package deal for the long arm, quilt motion, and even a tablet.
